Use of the app

• Steady is provided for personal use. Please use it responsibly and in line with App Store terms.
• We may update, change, or remove features at any time.

Not medical advice

• Steady is not medical, psychological, or addiction treatment advice.
• If you need support, please speak to a qualified professional.

Your data

• Your data is stored on your device.
• If you enable iCloud sync, your data is handled by Apple. We don’t control or guarantee iCloud services.
• We don’t guarantee your data won’t be lost or corrupted.

Purchases

• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple and follow App Store policies.

Availability

• We may change, pause, or stop the app at any time.
• “Lifetime” purchases refer to the lifetime of the app, not a guarantee that the app will exist forever.

Liability

• Steady is provided “as is”.
• To the extent allowed by law, we’re not responsible for any loss, including lost data or progress.
