Where is my data stored?
On your device. Steady doesn't send your data anywhere — no accounts, no sync servers, no analytics. See the privacy policy for details.
I lost my data after reinstalling
Because Steady stores data locally, deleting the app removes it. If iCloud sync is enabled in Settings, your data is backed up by Apple and will restore when you sign into the same iCloud account.
How do I log a relapse?
Open the habit, tap the relapse button, and the streak resets while your history is preserved. Every streak — including past ones — stays in your insights.
Purchases and refunds
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase.
